The therapists of the Park Professional Group accept most major insurance plans. Fees will vary according to the therapist’s credentials and the service provided. Your therapist will discuss the fees with you, prior to making your first appointment.
Our therapists are included in the networks of the following insurance plans with the exception of Dr. Lois Svoboda who works on a fee for service plan. If yours is not listed, please inquire; additional plans may also be accepted.
